My Employment Contract Negotiations Practice
I protect the interests of employees or employers, acting as your advocate throughout the employment contract negotiation process. I will prepare and review all proposed agreements to make certain they address your concerns and protect your rights, and will represent you in any meetings or conversations regarding the terms of your agreement, including direct communications with the other party or its counsel.
I also work with companies or their employees who need to negotiate and agree upon the terms of a severance package, whether those terms are to be included in the original employment contract, or negotiated upon termination of an existing contractual relationship.
